  • Midnight in the War Room. The trailer for an upcoming documentary on cyberwar – Midnight in the War Room – has been dropped by Semperis. The feature-length film explores the escalating cyber conflict between nation states, criminal groups, and the defenders on the front lines of cyber war: the Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) safeguarding the world’s critical systems. More than 50 experts weigh in, including voices from the other side—former hackers, some who served time—offering rare insight into the attacker’s mindset. The stories reveal the human side of cyber war: courage, burnout, and the relentless fight to keep the lights on. The film pulls back the curtain on a war with no borders and no rules, where trust becomes a target and complacency becomes a weapon. Trailer is out now … public release for the film is … 2026? • A new AISLE to walk. The startup AISLE, just out of stealth, asserts that the current model of trying to address vulnerabilities is irrevocably broken and something new is needed, e.g., 40,000 vulnerabilities discovered last year, it takes 45 days on average to resolve each one, and only 5 days for threat actors to exploit them. AISLE’s proposal: The only viable path forward is an autonomous defense system that can detect, reason, and resolve vulnerabilities instantly and safely. AISLE, the world’s first AI-native Cyber Reasoning System (CRS) for vulnerability management, effectively discovers zero-days in any code, automatically remediates them end-to-end, and verifies every fix before it’s pushed into productionAISLE
